Our Story

Namastay Kitchen & Hangout was created to provide our community a place to gather and enjoy delicious and (mostly) healthy food that tastes amazing and is made with love. It’s a cozy place to hangout and share good food and good wine with friends and family.

Our Menu

We are happy to accommodate a wide-range of dietary preferences from gluten-free to vegan to Paleo to raw to “I eat it all!” Our menu features a selection of chef-created small plates, salads, sandwiches, burgers flat breads and dinner entrees. Many ingredients are organic and and we source locally whenever possible to support our community of small business owners. Our sushi is rolled fresh to order in-house by SushiGuru, which has been ranked #1 many times by Creative Loafing and Charlotte Magazine.

Meet

Our General Manager

~

Dee Petersen comes to Namastay Kitchen with over 30 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. She previously served as general manager at Rooster’s Wood Fired Kitchen, Vin Master Wine Shop and Lumiere. Dee’s knowledge of the ins and outs of running a restaurant, customer service and wine are unmatched and we are lucky to have her! Be sure to say hello when you come in and she’ll most likely have you drinking her special sangria or famous bloody mary regardless of what time it is!
